     Weddings by Ginny, in the Garden Room Banquet Facility, located on 321 Wallace Street in Fredericksburg, Virginia, was created by Virginia Chilton in 1989 and provides total wedding consultation, coordination, planning and Commission of your wedding from beginning to end.

 

     Virginia Chilton opened Weddings by Ginny to satisfy her love of making people happy and her excitement in seeing a bride's dreams come true on her special day. Her business has evolved over the years from just creating beautiful wedding cakes and coordination to providing complete wedding packages, including exquisite bridal flowers, ceremony and reception decorating, a retail store front, and as a licensed Marriage Officiate.
